How to Heat Cuddles : Warm Hugs Await
Simply warm up your Cuddles™ in the microwave and you will have a warm, huggable friend in no time.
- Make sure your Cuddles is clean & dry
- Place your Cuddles in the microwave and heat for:
- 90 seconds for 600 - 800 W
- 60 seconds for 850-1000 W
Do your Cuddles™ feel a little damp after heating?
Don’t worry! It’s completely normal for a small amount of moisture from our all-natural filling to collect on the surface of Cuddles after heating and should stop after a couple of uses.
Want to reheat your Cuddles™?
Always wait until your Cuddles have reached room temperature before reheating. Cuddles are made to retain heat (to keep you nice and toasty!) and may take up to 2-3 hours to fully cool.
Adult supervision is required.
Cuddles are suitable for all ages but should only be heated and used under careful adult supervision.
Never heat Cuddles in the oven. Only heat them in a microwave.
How to Chill Cuddles ™ : Refreshing Cooling Comfort
Chill Cuddles™ for reducing high temperatures, soothing aches and pains or cooling off on a hot day.
- Put your Cuddles in a clean and dry plastic bag
- Place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours
- Remove from the freezer and enjoy its cooling comfort
How to clean Cuddles ™
- Use a damp sponge or towel to lightly spot-clean your Cuddles
- Use a soft brush to refresh the soft touch of your Cuddles
- Store in a cool, dry place after each cleaning and use
Do not put your Cuddles in a washing machine or dryer.
Because all Cuddles contain organic filling material and real dried French lavender, they cannot be machine washed, dried, or submerged under water.
